Warm, easygoing welcome and intro into the space, personal was responding to whichever question I had. Beautiful view and a lot of space to find my corner event in the shared area. Tho, the social atmosphere was there as well quite open and easy to join.

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.

One of the best hostels where I've ever stayed. 3 very clean and fully equipped bathrooms. The Volunteers were kind and always ready to help. You can find there huge balcony for everyone where you can chill. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook sth. In my room there were just standard beds (no bunk beds). And finally the hostel is located in the city centre. 50m away there was a market with fresh fruits, vegatables and many other things.

Very clean hostel with stylish decor. Great location, not too far from the centro storico or the bus terminal. Because the hostel is tucked away in a yard, it's not too noisy despite being close to the main street (I didn't find the bar downstairs too loud). The beds are comfy & quite wide for bunk beds. Staff is usually very friendly & helpful. One complimentary coffee in the morning is included.

This is a modern apartement with a great location. We got advise on a carpark nearby, which was cheap and easy to get to. Just outside the front door, you will find the Duomo, fish market and lovely sights. Despite being right next to a busy square, the sound proofing on the windows were very good.

Ostello degli Elefanti is by far the BEST hostel I've ever stayed in! The atmosphere is great, the staff is super friendly and welcoming and the location is perfect. The hostel has a few very nice common rooms with tables to eat, work or just meet new people during the free pasta night, which they have every day! And don't get me started on the beautiful rooftop terrace... from where you have the best view over Catania and the Etna volcano. I can't wait to come back once again, highly recommended!

Probably one of the best hostel I ever stayed at. Great location in the heart of the city. It is perfectly thought and organised for travellers. There is a lot of generosity from the hostel: breakfast included, free pasta every night... and the staff members. Lots of featurings: table tennis, books, games, guitars .. + an awesome rooftop with a bar. The dorms are clean and beds are comfortable. I wish I stayed longer!

Perfect option for budget traveling. Hostel is close to the fish market where you can find dozens of local cafes cheap but delicious. Main square Piazza del Duomo is just within 5 mins walk. Salvo the manager will guide you with all information you need to travel around. He also has an exceptional Sicilia Guide for travelers!! Ask him

Definitely the cleanest hostel in Sicily, very good location, nice and open staff, nice people that I met at the hostel, good capucino in the morning, big and comfortable beds, cheap compared with other parts of Sicily, a place where you can feel safe.

I think this was the best hostel in which I've been so far! Besides the included breakfast, the staff prepares also (every night!) dinner (pasta) for everyone for free! It's a perfect place to meet new people, the common area is super nice, with balconies for one of the main streets and two of the main squares - a beautiful view, with people playing instruments and singing outside also. Another amazing thing are the ceilings of the rooms, with beautiful frescoes from the early 20th century. Finally, the staff is very very nice :)
