friendly staff, cleanliness, the room smell good, good air circulation, warm, very comfort place to stay and i love this place. i feel safe in this hostel. i read many review say , “many weird people”, but i did not find weirdo tho. probably just because of people come & go from different country, different culture, different habit.. but everything is normal like another hostel. the most important is the cleanliness, comfortable, lovely staff, thank you

Happy I got the chance to return to Reykjavík and as always the Baron's was fantastic. It's now *the* place for me to stay when I'm in the city for business or holidays. Everything was tidy as always, and with the new floor opened there are more room choices and additional washrooms and showers. Appreciated the (very!) early morning coffee too!

The owner is a Filipina with that said, a place is like a home a sense of hospitality … it’s very organized all the appliances in the kitchen from second floor to downstairs are free and available to use .. the bedding are fresh the toilet are squeaky clean … the staff are great and the reception is there they’re all willing to give help and suggestions… they have a strict rules in the house “clean as you go” and one guests to another follow this rule which is very good …
