Top location - next to the gondola station (like, 1 minute) and a Spar nearby, bars and restaurants and rentals. It was cheap price for staying Gudauri Ski Resort. I love there location. You can walk only 3 min for Ski and cafeteria. There is a one camera at door. It can prevent theft. It just monitor lockers not your bed. So, Don't be worried about CCTV.
