Top location - next to the gondola station (like, 1 minute) and a Spar nearby, bars and restaurants and rentals. I had the "king room" - the only private one - and it's really cozy and warm, with nice bed linen and fairy lights, fridge and even a working table. It has only a small window in the roof, but you don't really notice the absence of windows). Shared showers and toilets, 2 of each, clean and nice. It was cheap price for staying Gudauri Ski Resort. I love there location. You can walk only 3 min for Ski and cafeteria. There is a one camera at door. It can prevent theft. It just monitor lockers not your bed. So, Don't be worried about CCTV.
