The apartment was as described, great location, quiet and we felt safe in the area. It was very clean, warm and suitable for our 2 night stay. It was easy to find from the directions given by the owners, the directions to get into the apartment were very clear, easy to follow and it was within easy walking distance to the centre of Oxford.

The best hostel I've stayed at by far ! It's very cosy and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen had everything you might need and were always clean. You can feel this hostel goes that little extra mile to improve their guests' stay and it's great.

The place was clean, not crowded, stylish and the bed was really comfortable, which is not a given at a hostel. My women's only room had a secure lock and felt safe and pleasant. The common spaces are lovely, as are the staff. Check in and check out were really simple. The hostel is very well located. In a city where hotels are ludicrously expensive, it is really great value for money. This is a wonderful place.

It was clean but very basic: two narrow single beds squashed close together with less than a foot between and hardly any room around it. Realise it is budget and therefore no frills but really it was a pared down experience and not even that cheap. There was not even a drinking cup in the bathroom to use to have a cup of water. I have stayed in cheaper rooms in Oxford but wanted somewhere in Summertown. However bed was comfortable and I slept ok.

The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfy and great value for the price. It is nice that the hostel has lots of options for the rooms, like female-only dormitory.
