Wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and made us very welcome. The room was very clean and opened onto the square which made for a good view from the balcony. We booked breakfast and that was very good too, plenty of food and a good variety. The courtyard was lovely for a pre evening drink and the prices were very keen and in keeping with the local bar levels.

Great location and very accommodating after 2 rooms were booked by system error with booking.com. They agreed to refund if they resold the room which booking.com were unable to help with even though it was their system error 🤬

The hostel facilities are clean and decently designed, interesting "book factory" concept (with historic bookmaking machines and full bookshelves). The bathroom was nice and warm. They had towels, linens, and blankets. They have lockers that work with your key card. They have a large kitchen, somewhat stocked with plates, cups, and cutlery. Quiet and safe street. Good breakfast at the next-door partner cafe (friendly staff, medium selection of food). The common area has a good amount of space and tables and a TV.

This is a great hotel at a great location. Uncomplicated parking just around the corner in a secured underground garage (one has to drive a few 100 m through the pedestrian area, but that was no problem), even bigger car easy. Generous room layout, huge double beds. Very helpful staff at the receptionist. Breakfast small, but for EUR 3,60 totally okay; one even gets offered a choice. And all this in a great city. A lot for the money. Very much to recommend !

I was staying in 16 seats shared dormitory, the room was quite big that no one was feeling sense of congestion. Central heating/cooling was enough to maintain the temperature in the room, washrooms were clean, main area was clean, which exceeded my expectations as in hostel this is not the general case. Overall I had great expereince of staying here, staff was super helpful and friendly, complimentory breakfast was great in such value of money.
