Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.

This hostel is well located for a short walk to the Cathedral and surrounding sites in the old city. It is clearly an old building with character based on a traditional courtyard layout. I was greeted warmly and told about the free wi-fi. I made arrangements to be able to check out early in the morning with no problem. It represents good value for those travelling on a budget or as I was just staying for 1 night.

This is a hostel. Our room had 4 bunks in a space efficient design Breakfast was cheap, 6 euro, and good enough, nice coffee. Friendly people everywhere, good place to meet fellow travellers. Handy location walking distance to everything including the Mesquita Cathedral and the Palace.

One of the best hostels i have stayed. Probably the facility is recently renovated and has full technology. They nearly thought about everything. The bed was comfortable, they have double locker. THey have organizer next to each bed and double plugs. They even placed a window next to the door and a stopper so you can let it open for fresh air. Breakfast worths for 6 euros

I visited the hotel and the hostel, and the room in the hostel I liked more! I want to mention extra quality of cleaning, very friendly staff, great location in the city centre but without any noise, comfortable double bed, very cozy and beautiful design of the room and the hostel in general. Thanks so much for everything. Also, we travelled with 2 small dogs, and Maestre is a very good solution for travelling with dogs. Strongly recommend

Very comfortable room, very clean bathroom, friendly staff, all for much cheaper than a youth hostel and a great location as well. We will certainly go back and I can thoroughly recommend it!

A good basic hotel - although it feels more like a private room in a hostel as opposed to a cheaper hotel. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value in an expensive, touristy city. Clean. Comfortable bed. Large room. Excellent shower! For room with no external windows, there was no disruption at night from outside. With the exception of two loud guests around 1am, my room was extremely quiet and tranquil.
