Great location - walkable to all sights and buses. Ferry port too though that’s a bit longer. Staff super helpful and they even gave us a beach umbrella. Amazing buffet breakfast. And our room was very nice… didn’t realize that we had reserved a full suite / apartment (our other hotel canceled on us somewhat last minute) - turned out great as we had a mini fridge and plenty of room to spread out, a drying rack for clothes and such.

A big parking is available next to the hostel. Common places, bathrooms, and bedrooms are always clean. Kitchen is super comfortable, well-stocked, and an amazing place to meet new people. Owners are friendly and polite.

The communal kitchen is very spacious, room was comfortable, bathrooms clean. And located right in the centre of ciutadella. The hotel is very clean and well preserved in an old building. The room was a great size, with a comfortable bed and big terrace. The people there were really helpful and friendly, Marta was always on hand to provide advice on which cala's/beaches to go to, and was very communicative before our arrival via whatsapp. The breakfast was fine with lots of options, and they also provide beach towels and umbrellas which was great.
