Loved this hostel on my camino. Pefrect location, perfect room- very spacious with privacy, you almost don't feel in a shared room. Loved the bed and that they have stairs instead of ladders to the upper beds. Also, very nice breakfast in the morning in reasonable price

One of the most "feel like home" albergue. Friendly and kind hosts, beautiful setting, comfy room, flower decoration, garden,...everything was just perfect. Amd Aurelio the cat add a final touch to the atmosphere. Susana thank you for warm hospitality, I will visit again one day, for sure. 🥰 And I highly recommend to other travelers to stop by if walking Camino, it is just on the route. Usually everyone following the standard route recommendation and stop in Caldais, but I was the best decision to stay at Vintecatro.

good location right next to the village without being in the center of it, so it had a bit more of a farm vibe with quite a big surrounding natural area. 2 minutes walk to the supermarket or any restaurant/bar. very nice refurbished building with good furniture of beds/lockers as well as showers. Washing room with self cleaning service. everything super proper. I had a great sleep, and always felt very confortable/safe. The staff is super friendly, I was a bit late for my check in and they didn’t mind waiting for my arrival in order to give a proper welcome.

It is in fact a hotel, partialy reconstructed to an albergue. It is great for recovery, clean private bathroom with bath tube and even with a bidet. Great beds, nice linen. Restaurant downstairs had a good value for money pilgrim's menu. Not „camino spirit“ kind of albergue, but it feels so good to have a little bit of comfort on the pilgrimage.
