I've been travelling europe for one month and this is the best hostel I've been to. The people working there are literally amazing,very kind and helpful. The lady at the reception, the little girl and the cleaning lady all of them were so sweet and friendly. The price is really low for the services. The rooms are spacious and really clean. Excellent service, the people at the reception were always nice and attentive and so were the waiters at the bar. I stayed here with a friend for a marathon and many other guests were there for the same reason so the atmosphere was excellent. Grrat facilities, amazing location and for a decent price. I had a great time at the hostel. The staff was really nice and friendly. I loved the common area with the sofas, where you can chill and enjoy some quiet time after 11pm, and the kitchen was very well equipped too, including recycling bins. Breakfast had a variety of food and drinks -though there was no veggie milk. Plus, you get to do free daily work out as the hostel's on top of a hill 🤣 Great value for money!

Great location in Bilbao. Yes, it's budget and the reception area would make you wonder about the rooms. But our room was excellent. Clean, comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate, even stocked with soap, shower gel and shampoo. This was the same price as its pitching tents in a campsite, so no complaints at all. Exceeded our expectations.
