Excellent service, the people at the reception were always nice and attentive and so were the waiters at the bar. I stayed here with a friend for a marathon and many other guests were there for the same reason so the atmosphere was excellent. Grrat facilities, amazing location and for a decent price. Great location in Bilbao. Yes, it's budget and the reception area would make you wonder about the rooms. But our room was excellent. Clean, comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate, even stocked with soap, shower gel and shampoo. This was the same price as its pitching tents in a campsite, so no complaints at all. Exceeded our expectations.
