The staff that works there is the best I've seen so far! So helpful and caring! TATIANA helped me to choose the best tours in Monteverde and she booked everything for me (including pick up etc.) I'm beyond grateful to her for recommending me to do El Tigre Waterfall hike! It definitely was a highlight of my trip!!! The room was as expected and as shown on the pictures. Very clean! And they also provide spare blankets in case you need some, which is great! Plus, the have a complementary coffee at the property.
