We booked Vision Apartments at the last minute as we left our other accommodation as it was poor. Vision Apartments staff responded to our requests promptly. The 2 apartments we booked were clean and comfortable, and had all necessary facilities. When the bathroom tap leaked, we were moved to another apartment within an hour.

I felt very bad but thanks to Mösyö Philipa I felt better and safe. He was very helpful. I spent the whole day in my room because I didn't want to go anywhere but only sleep and rest.
