We absolutely loved our stay here. The owner is so incredibly sweet and hospitable. She made us feel so welcomed and comfortable, offering great recommendations and even waking up at 4:30am in the morning to be sure we caught our taxi to the bus station. Great location, clean, and worth every penny!

We were a bit skeptical about the location because we wanted to stay in the centre of Ilheus. But turned out to be a great location, close to the night life of bars and restaurants. It might look a little dodgy in the beginning but we felt safe walking around, even at night. The beach nearby "praia da Concha" was a great option for a swim close by. I don't think we would find that, staying in Ilhéus centre.
