Very friendly approachable staff. Everything was very clean. Large lockers to put your stuff away. Relaxed and comfortable vibe. Kitchen was well equipped. There was a nice area to sit outside sheltered from the rain. I arrived late after checkin time but they gave me good instructions to be able to let myself in. Supermarket and mall just across the road . Close to public transport.

Great single room, very convenient right on the Esplanade, there is the happy tours tour booking right outside and literally dozens of restaurants right outside. Breakfast was very convenient and a comforting touch, pancakes were great and staff were very friendly and helpful even when I had silly questions.

I have stayed in this hostel for over 4 months. The staffs are lovely and always go out of their way to help. The amenities are always clean and the kitchen has everything needed to cook a proper meal. There is even Netflix and Amazon prime on the tv system, as well as the usual chess set and Jenga blocks. The veranda is especially nice during a hot day, where you can grab a drink and meet other fellow travellers. The location is super convenient as it is close to Rusty's Market, the shopping center, and other bars. Definitely recommend and will go back.

Has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, good washing machines and dryers, plenty of kitchen utensils, and friendly staff. It is quiet enough for you to relax and still has good social environments in the common areas. Really enjoy this hostel and will be here for the next few months.
