It was very fancy and beautiful for a hostel. Had a restaurant and bar on site. Had them made me a lunch box a few times for my day trips. Everyone was extremely nice and only a few minute walk to all the bars

Our second stay here. It's one of the cleanest hostels I have stayed in. You can see that they work hard to maintain it. The location is great and a short walk to the town and a supermarket just down from the hostel. The owner Andy is really friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend if going to El Calafate. The only thing to note is that it says that breakfast is included but this consists of biscuits and small dried tostadas and jams.
