Das The Bay - Ha Long Homestay begrüßt Sie in Ha Long, 600 m von der Seilbahnstation Queen Cable Car Station entfernt. The Bay was a small and very cozy apartment with very beautifully designed-decorated rooms around a small cute courtyard. Its minimal environment was enriched by perfect details such as stairs and balconies becoming a green public garden with ivies, or the kitchen with all the complete wares for cooking, keeping and sharing food and drinks. smooth colours and well-chosen paintings on the walls create a nice and warm atmosphere where everything was very clean and well maintained. The Location was on the other side of the center of Ha Long. in Bai Chay, where there is a more local and scaled relationality rather than huge same buildings, homestay is very close for an easily reaching neighborhood life. And Tung, the host was very helpful about giving tips for visiting places, food and transportation around both the bay and the neighborhood. We had a motorbike rental and travel around easily. So, it became a very good stay enriching its price which we can highly recommend.

Warm water, clean sheets. Would go back here next time I go to Quan Lan.

Everything, the bed was comfortable, the room and the bathroom was spacious. It was clean and airy with many storage space, sockets and a television. Room looked like just on the pictures. No plastic bottles but the water was served in glass jars instead. The host was kind and caring, helped me to get to the island and also book shuttles to get back to Hanoi. They gave me a lift at my departure and at my leaving. Got nice suggestions where to eat and they let to use their bike to cycle around on the island. I had an amazing time here that I am super grateful for!

The room was lovely, clean and spacious. The bed was of the hard type but was still comfortable with nice bedding. The AC kept the room a good temperature. The value for money was great. There was some food on offer for extra payment. Breakfast was tasty. The establishment seems to have a full range of tour-arrangement services as well. While billed as a "homestay" the property has more the feel of an upscale hostel than a private home. The location is good, not far from the marina where boats leave to cruise the bay, and with lots of restaurants round about. I close the nearby Nhan Dat Com Theo You Cau restaurant for dinner at 32a on the same street. Excellent beef pho and fried noodle.
