The location of this property is in close proximity to pretty much everything beach, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants, movie theatre, gas stations, points of interest and more. At though extremely dated it was well kept. It was great and the fact that it was two blocks from the harbor. And only one block away from Main Street shopping. Surrounded by a lot of great restaurants.
