The handsome Asian gentleman in charge of storing our luggage after checking out and helping us get safe and affordable transportation to JFK; he was super helpful and kindly helped me and my mother during that process. Something very rare from NYC locals towards Latin Visitors (in our short experience).

Loved the location and the breakfast. The room was very large and perfect for us. Loved the kitchen area. Loved the VERY comfortable bed. Water was lovely and hot. Loved the location. The best bit was the reception staff, they were SO friendly and really sold the Hotel. They were so refreshing in a city where locals can be quite brusque, these people should be commended.

The decoration of this boutique hotel was exquisite. The ambience and the overall environment emitted relaxation, care and respect for privacy. The managers Morris and Ron were fabulous hosts who personally tended to any issue that would come to their attention. Polite and efficient, their staff in general was fabulous and highly professional. The amenities very good and the room decoration was homely and welcoming. The hotel Lobby as a bar and get together of customers and locals added to the liveliness and the positive vibes of the hotel.
