Safran Cave Hotel menempati sebuah rumah gua yang telah dipugar di Göreme Tarihi Milli Parkı. The breakfast was very good and hearty. The kitchen staff are very nice and always greet you with a wonderful smile. We were oy entitled to breakfast but they shared their lunch with us too. This is a family run cave hotel and the family and staff are wonderful. Their staff Federe was excellent in making sure we were very comfortable. The 3 boys/ brothers that run the hotel are also wonderful Definitely worth the experience. What I loved is how they go out of their way to make you feel at home, just like your own family. Definitely 5 stars. And a must go!

The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of traditional Cappadocian architecture and modern amenities. Mehmmet is so helpful, he even organised our ATV rides for the best fair as per our convenience
