Hotel is on the main street, but windows look into internal yard, so it was relatively quiet at night. It's close to the beach. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Big terrace, comfortable bed, etc. Hosts are very charming and welcoming. Good quality breakfast. I would stay here again with no doubts and would recommend it to everyone.

My rooms (I ended up returning for a second stay) were impeccably clean, and I really appreciated the array of amenities available (dishes, cutlery, towels, good coffee, and even some cookies!). This was one of the best places I stayed at during my trip to Thailand, and I will definitely be back!

Large room. It's fairly basic but the price is great and the location is unbeatable!

The staff were lovely and very helpful, only £5 a day to rent a bike too. The room was clean, big and very comfortable beds. It was a quiet area so nice and peaceful for sleeping. Maikhao Beach Guest House is situated a 5-minute walk from the beach. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms have a flat-screen TV. The old couple who own the shop are very nice, patient and polite. The location of the house is great and quiet. The price/performance ratio is very good.
