Set in Kamala Beach, The Mareeya Place offers 2-star accommodation with private balconies. We had an exceptional stay. Hotel is on the main street, but windows look into internal yard, so it was relatively quiet at night. It's close to the beach. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Big terrace, comfortable bed, etc. Hosts are very charming and welcoming. Good quality breakfast. I would stay here again with no doubts and would recommend it to everyone.

I loved everything about Ms Mondees place, an exceptional host and sweet lady! I will definitely be back! And don't forget to ask her to order a tuk tuk to the airport or around town, it was the highlight for me.

I am so happy that I discovered this place for my stay in Phuket! Paul is a phenomenal host and is so considerate of all the details that make for an amazing vacation. My rooms (I ended up returning for a second stay) were impeccably clean, and I really appreciated the array of amenities available (dishes, cutlery, towels, good coffee, and even some cookies!). This was one of the best places I stayed at during my trip to Thailand, and I will definitely be back!

One of the best locations in Karon!!! Incredible value for money. Ask for the room on the side, much better than front facing room as you have a view of the sea and palm trees from the balcony. Large room. It's fairly basic but the price is great and the location is unbeatable!

A brilliant hotel! The staff were lovely and very helpful, only £5 a day to rent a bike too. The room was clean, big and very comfortable beds. It was a quiet area so nice and peaceful for sleeping. Maikhao Beach Guest House is situated a 5-minute walk from the beach. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms have a flat-screen TV. The old couple who own the shop are very nice, patient and polite. The location of the house is great and quiet. The price/performance ratio is very good.
