She let us check into the room at 8:30am because our bus had arrived super early and we were exhausted. She drove us to the bus station on the last day. She offers complimentary breakfast every morning, something different every time from the market. She arranged a scooter rental that came right to the hotel. She gave us very useful advice for organizing a trek to Phu Kradung. The room was very nice and comfy, AC, TV, good bathroom. We had a super nice terrasse outside our bungalow. It's in the heart of a big garden with trees and a pond, beautiful. There are free bikes available for guests, so even if you are a bit further from the center, you can go cycling in 5m.

They helped and answered all my questions and after check out provide transport to the bus station. The hotel is very nice, traditional and stylish. Nice clean room with hot shower, wifi, comfortable bed and big balcony. Fantastic quiet location but walking distance to everything you need. Nearby is a walking street where there are many restaurants, bars, shops and street markets. Free bicycle rental is good for exploring more distant locations. In Chiang Khan is a amazing and peaceful atmosphere from morning monks alms ceremony to evening strolling around. I hope to come back here again :) I recommend staying here

Has limited offroad parking for motorcycles, bit secure.parking is not really needed in Chiang Khan.

WiFi was good (important near the mountains). Refrigerator, aircon, fan, strong hot water. Everything clean. Location is an easy fifteen-minute walk from the main street in Phu Kradueng town, where there is a big line-up of sit-down open-air food places, a 7-Eleven, other stores, and an excellent coffee shop (บ้านเค้ก กาแฟสด) that makes really good cakes on the premises. The staff is not English-speaking. They use Google translate on their phones, but are efficient. They did my laundry, and found me transport. If you are climbing Phu Kradueng mountain, this is a good base. Also, one of the staff ladies gave me some bananas as I left!
