Wat Pho is 4.4 km from the guest house and Jim Thompson House is 4.5 km away. We came back for the second part of our trip and still confirmed a good value hotel in a great position.

This is my fourth or fifth stay at Sri Ayutthaya Guesthouse, and it was as wonderful as ever - maybe even better, with the addition of a water kettle in the room. Also, the delightful owner, Jay, advised me that they will refill water bottles, something I wish all guesthouses did. Quiet, clean and comfortable - a real delight and oasis when I’m passing through Bangkok.

At the homestay, all units include a private bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. Very kind and helpful host, very clean place in a nice area, we are extremely satisfied

Lovely clean property in a good location. The staff were very accommodating and assisted us with a late check in. Couldn’t recommend this property enough.

Bangkok City Pillar is within a 4-minute walk from the property, while Temple of the Emerald Buddha and Grand Palace are accessible within a 10-minute walk away. This was such a beautiful surprise! The hotel is very very clean and the decor in the lobby and the bedroom is absolutely magnificent. I loved the attention to detail and the overall cozy feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They knew we had a super early flight to catch and would miss breakfast so they offered us afternoon tea as a replacement. And let me tell you, it was so so delicious! The hotel is located in a quiet part of Bangkok which is a nice change from the hustle and bustle. I will be staying here again next time!

The hosts were friendly and communication was easy. Great location close to the metro with lots of food options and massage places nearby (and a 7-21 for snacks). Ideal for travellers who want privacy and don’t want to stay in the tourist pockets. Excellent value.

It’s not a hotel but for me was everything perfect. Location can’t be better, just in town centre.

Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Only one moment - be prepared that building is wooden, so you you can hear neighbours quite well, be ready for that. I'm really satisfied with this place
