One thing to keep in mind is that it not a hotel in traditional sense, those are really just suites on one floor of an apartment building. So, there is no bar downstairs, no room service, etc. But there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, so, I would not put it as a minus.

4.7 km from Niš Fortress, Pansion Eden is a recently renovated property situated in Niš and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. We loveed it here. It was impeccably clean, quiet, bed very comfortable. Also it is very close to the highway. You can oark the car in front of the villa. We've stayed here before and we will stay here in the future when we go to Greece. The neighborhood is quiet, only houses around, and ask the owner about some good restaurants recommendations.
