Location was perfect - city center, a lot of restaurants in surroundings, room was clean and silent, staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Situated in a restored 18th-century home, Casa Da Piedade offers a lounge with fireplace, outdoor garden with barbecue and brightly decorated rooms. Wi-Fi and parking are free. A beautiful place with a very nice garden and freezing pool :) easy to relax sitting in the chair or lying in the hammock, since it is further from the main road, it is also quiet Lovely staff, we talked mostly with Rubina (?) always with a smile, although she was probably quite busy Tasty breakfast Very nice room with amazing view of the surrounding mountains (1st floor), the whole house is very nice, bright and maintained Welcome drink (Madeira wine) and a tasty cake (forgot to ask for the name, it was not pastel nata) Would definitely come back someday!

Solar dos Reis by An Island Apart is set in Ribeira Brava and has a pool with a view and pool views. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff and perfect location (for those who travel by car)

Sunset House in Arco da Calheta provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Great view, really well equipped kitchen, multiple bathrooms

The Goat's Place provides a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 2.9 km of Palmeiras Beach and 15 km of Marina do Funchal. My experience with Antonio and Jorge was truly incredible. Their hospitality and warmth were constant throughout my stay. The location boasts a breathtaking ocean view, offering peaceful mornings away from tourist crowds in the capital. Hopefully, public transportation from the airport to Funchal improves soon. I'll certainly return next year and bring along as many friends as I can. Thanks once again, guys!

Featuring pool views, bluegreen offers accommodation with balcony, around 1.1 km from Caminho Faja do Mar Beach. With sea views, this accommodation provides a terrace and a swimming pool. Emanuela and Eddy were fantastic hosts! The location was perfect, the room was delightful and clean. We had absolutely no complaints and this was a great launch pad for the first nights of our honeymoon!

Located within the Se district in Funchal, Edificio Charles 202 has air conditioning, a balcony, and city views. It is situated 700 metres from Marina do Funchal and provides a lift. The location is just perfect.Our room was very nice and clean. Highly recommended!

During our stay at Encanto do Sol in Madeira, Juan and Catia, our wonderful hosts, made our experience truly exceptional. Their warmth and hospitality were evident in every aspect of our stay. Notably, Juan's gesture of allowing us to freely pick fruits and vegetables from their garden, along with the delight of collecting freshly laid eggs from their chickens, added an extra layer of charm to our visit. The house itself, Encanto do Sol, stands out as one of the most beautiful places we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. However, what truly took our breath away was the panoramic view of the entire bay. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was a privilege, and we often found ourselves savoring aperitifs on the terrace, surrounded by the lush beauty of the garden. Speaking of the garden, it's a magical place in its own right. From the banana grove to the various other plants, it added to the overall enchantment of the property. It's a serene oasis where you can unwind and connect with nature. One of the practical advantages of Encanto do Sol is its convenient location. The charming village and the beautiful beach are just a 10-minute stroll away. This accessibility made our daily explorations effortless, yet we were always excited to return to the comfort of Encanto do Sol at the end of the day. During our stay, we used the house as our base to explore the entire island, and it proved to be an excellent choice. Should we have the opportunity to return to Madeira, there's no doubt in our minds that we would choose Encanto do Sol again. It's a place that captures the essence of Madeira's beauty and hospitality. Lastly, it's worth mentioning that the house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. From well-appointed rooms to a fully equipped kitchen, it's a home away from home.

Set in Câmara de Lobos, 700 metres from Vigário Beach, Casa da Cal - by Casas na Ilha offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Amazing rooms, facilities are well-thought of. The entire place looks amazing, tropical-ish. Location is wonderful.

Palmar Rooms is situated in the Se district of Funchal, 13 km from Girao Cape, 38 km from Santana's traditional houses and 50 km from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools. location and cleanliness - kettle and fridge were great
