We have been welcomed by the wonderful host Lucrecia (Richar’s wife) alongside with her daughter. The rooms are really nice and clean and the view is just incredible. For lunch dinner and breakfast Lucrecia cooks delicious and healthy meals that we loved. Spending some time there has been truly relaxing and one to one with nature and local culture! Thank you to the family, highly recommended for a unique experience. Note on how to arrive: Easily grab a local bus “collectivo” from Puno to Capachica and then take a local boat from Chifforn Port to Amantaní. Then either you walk 1+ hours or take a ride with the motorbike that are available at the port waiting (very cool experience)

Nicanor e sua família vivem nessa ilha flutuante, são todos pessoas maravilhosas! Eles foram nos buscar de barco. É muito legal conhecer como é a vida em Uros. Além disso, tivemos conforto na hospedagem, comemos refeições excelentes feitas de acordo com o pedido e conhecemos pessoas de outros lugares. Localizado a 350 m da praça principal da cidade, o Hostal UTASA VILLA REAL inn oferece acomodações em Puno. Para sua comodidade, o WiFi é gratuito. The hosts were incredibly helpful, always smiling and made us feel like home. They bought coca leaves for us because we had mountain sickness and gave us an entire bag for free. They also allowed us to leave our bags on the last day until the evening so that we could enjoy our tour. We felt very blessed to be welcomed in the inn and we would definitely come back.
