Offering garden views, Auckland Beachview Homestay with free Netflix, Parking is an accommodation located in Auckland, 17 km from Eden Park Stadium and 19 km from Aotea Centre. Location was brilliant, amazing views of the Auckland harbour/skyline, but away from the noise/traffic of the city. We travelled between Auckland city and north shore, so Andy’s house was perfect in the middle. The house was lovely and comfortable, there was a seperate lounge shared between us and one other room, which was nice to have a bit of privacy. Massive outside deck with table/benches to work in the day/relax in the evening. Breakfast was provided, along with all the tea and coffee you could want. Finally, the host family were amazing. Andy, his young son Alan (the little property manager), plus the whole family, were just wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to offer suggestions/help, or leave you alone, as you prefer. All in I would definitely stay again.

Comprising a garden and a shared lounge, Sweet Home between CBD and University is a recently renovated accommodation in Hamilton located close to AgResearch. The room and whole building was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It is also possible to park on on the property. The muffins are a great add-on and very tasteful, we got free cereals, fresh milk and water and a well stuffed kitchen. The bathrooms are spacious and have good shower gel included.

Wisteria Way is a recently renovated guest house in Opononi, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. Very pretty aesthetic of the place. I felt like I was in a cottage core style magazine. Everything was clean, the little flower garden in between the rooms/kitchen/bathroom is absolutely lovely, there is wifi, there is a TV, books to enjoy, a very nice kitchen, the bathrooms were the kind you enjoy having a shower in. There was noone else staying the night we went so it was very very nice but it would have been lovely anyway. There is also a very cute friendly cat called Taco, which was just the cherry on top. One of my favourite stays in NZ so far.

Enjoy downtown Mount Maunganui, a property with a garden, is located in Mount Maunganui, 200 metres from Pilot Bay Beach, 700 metres from Mount Maunganui Beach, as well as 7.6 km from ASB Baypark... Fantastic location with plenty of outside parking. Modern and interesting decor. Good shower pressure and handy kitchenette. Comfortable bed.

Located just 2.8 km from Bell Block Beach, Glamis Ave Shared Home B&B features accommodation in New Plymouth with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a housekeeping service. Top place, so pleasant! Came with my wife for three nights. The room is neat, bed and sheets are super comfy. You get nice towels and really good breakfast! The bathroom is shared with the other bedroom but no issues there, the bedrooms were quiet as well, so we got a good night sleeps. You can cook in the kitchenette. The whole place is super clean and is basically a **** hotel. The owners are also really nice! We were so happy, definitely staying here next time we are around

Offering a garden and garden view, Papamoa Beach Hugoway, Pohutukawa Studio Deluxe, Close beach, free parking is located in Papamoa, 1.9 km from Mount Maunganui Beach and 3.4 km from ASB Baypark... Sometimes you just feel lucky. This is that space. Tucked away in a lovely spot, warm, comfortable, and accessible. Walking distance to the shops a nice meal and on the beach. I will definitely be looking for this property again when I return one day.

Margaritaville Hahei, a property with a garden and a terrace, is located in Hahei, 500 metres from Hahei Beach, 2.6 km from Mare's Leg Beach, as well as 1.3 km from Cathedral Cove. Lovely thoughtful hosts. Beautifully appointed room and deck - the hosts have thought of everything you need to be comfortable!

Set in Napier, just 100 metres from Hardinge Road Beach, Beach House Studios offers beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, a garden, a terrace and free WiFi. Location was great- ocean view and close to walking paths in the ocean as well as cool breakfast spots and retail.
