Location super on the hill overlooking the city and the lake. Fully recommended!

What I like about the place it is within the city so I didn't have to use my car, I also like the free carpark right outside the Guest house. I can't complain because I have a bed to sleep on there's a shower and toilet and laundry. So as long those needs are available I am happy.

I did not investigate the area because I checked in and out really late, but it appears that there is a large shopping center and a lot of fast food cafes nearby.

Lakeview Small Studio boasts views over Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island. The view was amazing. Everything was nice and clean and Ken was very friendly and helpful!
