The lodge had all the facilities, clean and cozy, feeling like home. Mikael was really supportive giving all the indications needed for accomodation, sourroundings , places to eat and shopp. Nice pizza place close by at Komplet. Just perfect!

I arrived very late, I was informed beforehand that the host would not be there to welcome me and see me to my room. Entering the property and finding my room was straightforward and intuitive, the bed was very comfortable. In de morning I met the host, Alse, we chatted a bit and he offered some breakfast (I did not expect this, very good.) He explained the way to the train station for me. Very warm and welcoming person, would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location, overlooking a tranquil lake surrounded by mountains. Horses and apple orchard. Morning fog on the lake was lovely. The calls of cranes echoing from the hills. The 1770 stabbur was very roomy and well-equipped with bathroom, kitchen, TV. I loved the history of the place—like a museum. Short drive to Bo or Lunde, Telemark. Torstein and Goril were charming hosts. I plan to return and recommend to my family.

Lovely plants and palm trees that create a pleasant atmosphere. Sauna that guests can use whenever it suits them, and bathe in the snow afterwards! The host also offers to fire it up if he is home. Otherwise, he was available in his part of the hotel, if needed. Very nice living room with large aquarium and TV with background lighting. Pleasant international guests. The very pleasant host also makes sure that it is clean and tidy and that the guests have a good time. Lovely organic eggs from the hens in the garden. Very good coffee and tea. Lovely fluffy cat, Pepsik, who was very cuddly and who was mostly outside all day, but came by to say hello and get some cuddles. Delicious aroma from various herbs and essential oils. This is a place where you find peace of mind. Would love to come again with the family!

Situated in Morgedal, Morgedal Gjestehus features free WiFi and BBQ facilities. All guests can enjoy free coffee and tea. Nice guesthouse. Very uncomplicated. Easy self-ceckin. Good breakfast. Nice staff. We only stayed 1 night on our roadtrip and the location was perfect for our route.
