First and foremost, our receptionist Manolo was the best part of the stay. Helped us with our every need, always greeted us and asked us how it went, kept us updated on events and info happening around Valladolid. As for the room itself, it has cozy beds and and AC with warm showers. We do miss Valladolid and if we were to ever come back we would definitely book here again.

We definitely recommend this hotel. We loved it so much, that we decided to book a night extra, something we haven't done before. The owners are international (german/canada/...) and it was a relief for us to be able to meet and speak with someone who understands our culture and needs.

There is a shared kitchen at the property. We spend seven very happy days in this lovely family run hotel. This place exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent from the very start, the family genuinly cares about happiness of their guests and they do anything in their power to make the stay enjoyable. They thought about every single detail that would make their guests comfortable and happy while they are visiting. They provide complimentary coffee, tea, toast, peanut butter, jam, chocolate butter, dolce de leche, honey, fruits and other treats every single day. And those choices are not limited to be enjoyed only in the morning, you're welcome to have a snack anytime during the day or night - that is how wonderfully hospitable they are. We stayed in many places throughout our travels all over the world, and this place in particular stands out in generosity of the owners. In addition, you could also use a beautiful kitchen supplied with cups, plates, glasses, utensils, frying pans, cooking pans, refrigerator, stove, toaster, and all free drinking water that you may need. It was absolutely incredible how they thought of every detail that travellers may find helpful. In addition this place is very clean and very well looked after; it is also very secure and you will have your individual key for the gate and the room. There are several beautifully arranged outdoor areas including lounging chairs, sitting area with a glass table and umbrella, and even a small swimming pool. Our room had two large double beds; the linen, towels, sheets were impeccably clean, the soap and shampoo were also provided. There was plenty of storage and multiple hangers for clothes. Windows in our room had high-quaity screens, and there was even a special provision done by putting an extra strip along the door bottom. The attention to detail was absolutely incredible! We are very grateful for the enjoyable time we had in this wonderful hotel! Thank you! :) :) :)
