I went running early in the mornings and did not have any issues. *Maria and his son are super nice, friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time with Maria, going to have dinner, going to the center, cooking together, walking the dog. It was wonderful!! :) *You can have privacy if wanted. *The kitchen is well equipped and you have sufficient space in the fridge. *There is drinking water for free. * There is hot water in the shower and the water pressure is good. (not always the case in Mexico ;)) *Parking space available in a locked space. I can really recommend it to everyone! I think it's good for couples, families, however also for solo travellers like myself, as Maria is very caring and sociable.
