The property is close to the beach and is very affordable for its location. The breakfast was included and we enjoyed Sri Lankan option with good tea and lots of fruits. I would recommend this stay for a genuine experience, compared to rather resorty alternatives in Bentota.

What an amazing journey to this apartment! Hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It felt surreal. We were so well taken care for. This probably is enough to go already:) The house itself is new and clean, and if there's anything missing or you have any requests - they are dealt with promptly by the wonderful hosts. We were there during the new year's day and we were greeted with amazing breakfast the next day and a lovely group picture. We decided to stay one more night even though it was out of the way of our further trip. We didn't mind a long taxi drive to such a welcoming and beautiful place. My wife was allowed to use her wifi until 6pm because she needed to work. Honestly - one of the best hospitality I ever received.
