Het gaaf me het gevoel van thuiskomen in een warm nest. And het was ook zo. De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk en ontvangen je met een warm welkom. Ze zorgen goed voor je dat je voor 1 nacht of 7 nachten verblijf. Het bed was goed en de badkamer schoon. Als naar Jeonju gaat beveel ik plek aan het was een zeer plezierige verblijf. De pensioen ligt op loop afstand van veel hotspot inde Hanok village en dichtbij 2 belangrijke bushalte waardoor je heel makkelijk Jeonju city kan ontdekken en de omgeving.

He gave brilliant recommendations to ensure we could make the most of our trip. The hanok is beautiful, the room was clean and a good size. As expected the bedding was thin and directly on the floor but we had no issues with this! Great experience, completely recommend

Sungsim Hanok Guesthouse is gelegen in Jeonju, op 5 minuten lopen van Jeonju Hanok-dorp, en biedt accommodatie met airconditioning en een tuin. Stunning hanok right in the centre of the hanok village - you couldn't be better positioned to go for a leisurely stroll around the village and see the beautiful architecture. The hanok itself is very clean and comfortable (obviously you'll be sleeping in a futon but that's a given) - the bathroom is very clean, modern and dries very well despite being a hand-held shower, and the floors are heated and soft which was very welcome in winter! The breakfasts are fresh fruit including local persimon, which is a welcome freshness when travelling in Korea. But above all, the host is extremely kind, attentive and helpful - we were able to store our bags after check out with no issues, and she even prepared a snack kit for each of us for our flight to Jeju island! Honestly couldn't recommend it more highly - the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a proper hanok experience in Jeonju! (Goes without saying but all the sights and best bibimpap places are around the corner)

It's the most beautiful house I've ever stayed in, sleeping in a hanok had been a dream for years and I picked the right one. So clean, warm, comfortable, well kept. The attention to detail is truly remarkable, everything is visually stunning. Amazing location, in the heart of the hanok village, tucked away in a pretty little alley, by the river. The most peaceful place, not a sound all day and night. Free coffee/tea/water in the cosy shared living area, welcoming host. I loved every bit of it.

Het dichtstbijzijnde pension ligt op 5 minuten lopen van de belastingvrije winkel Jeonju en op 10 minuten lopen van het dorp Jeonju Hanok. Het biedt gratis WiFi en fietsverhuur. Nice, clean place...around 10 minutes walk to Hanok part with lots of food, supermarket, shopping options nearby.The place was social but very relaxed and quite clean. A simple, but filling breakfast was provided. A good experience. Mr Lin provided some good tips on free tours in the Hanok part. The secret alleys tour was amazing as I was alone for over an hour with the guide(not sure of that's normal or not). The Hanok town in general was outstanding, far superior to that in Gyeongju imo. Try to find the amazing libraries scattered around town too, as they are some of the nicest places I've ever seen (I especially liked the Artist's Library just over the bridge from the main street). There were nice local people all over town. I absolutely loved Jeonju and the hostel was great too. Hope your foot is getting better Mr. Lin!

So special to stay in a traditional hanock in the middle of the cultural village. This accommodation was so clean and provided everything we needed for a super comfortable stay. We had coffee and tea provisions in a fully functioning kitchen, there was a washer and dryer, hair-dryer and straightener and a super large spa! The decor was super cute, cultural and modern. I just wish we had more than the one night here. Great way to end our holiday in South Korea!

Yeobyeol Guesthouse is voorzien van gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en kamers met airconditioning in Jeonju. Best stay ever! The owner was really kind and helpful, she accomodate us really well during our stay. The room very spacious so it’s very convinient for my big luggages. The location very strategic near the famous Jeonju Hanok Village so its easy to get around by walk :)
