You could tell that, by the warm decoration of the room and cosy feel, the brand new furniture, the smell of cleanliness, the well washed dishes and silverware, the well stocked kitchenette with coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc, the abundance of clean towels, the assortment of board games, and so on. This is one of those places were you wish you would get stranded because of weather or whatever, so that you have an excuse to stay there for a week and just relax and enjoy life.

Although I stayed only for one night, it felt like home to me! Our host is exceptionally service oriented and her attention to details is mind blowing. Everything is so clean and well organized. The kitchen is also fully equipped. I (or we) really enjoyed our stay here. I wish our host all the best and I hope her new guests will also be as satisfied as us!

Set in Vík and only 1 km from Reynisfjara Beach, Prestshús 2 Guesthouse offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Our host Ragga was so amazing, the house is a lovely little farmhouse with multiple guestrooms. The rooms were all clean and the house was very comfortable. The location is a short walk down to the Black Sand beaches and close to town. Ragga also took us to see the lambs and sheep on the farm and they were so cute! Overall it was an incredible stay and I would highly recommend it!

Located in Hveragerði in the South Iceland region, Sigga’s home features a balcony. Comfortable bed that helped us overcom e jet lag, a wonderful and gracious host, a delicious breakfast spread with excellent coffee, all set in a fantastic quiet location close to a few cafes and restaurants... Excellent place for any traveler. What else can we say? Next time we are in town, which we hope to be soon, we hope Sigga's will be available!
