New, modern, great size and well equipped, good coffee. One of our favorite cottage compared to similar during 2 weeks in Iceland. Nice horses too

Frostastaðir guesthouse is situated 12 km from Varmahlid by road 76, and features barbecue facilities, garden and terrace. Free WiFi is included. It was self catering but we cooked a evening meal and then a cooked breakfast the next day. We lingered as long as we could - didnt want to leave. this is a property that deserves a 2 or 3 day stay to relax and go out hiking in the day time. We would go back again for longer if visiting iceland again.

Featuring lake views, Hagi 1 Guesthouse offers accommodation with balcony, around 25 km from Godafoss Waterfall. The view from the room was superb. The room itself, although it was small, provided all facilities and it was cleverly designed.

Located within 2.6 km of Myvatn Nature Baths, Birkilauf in Myvatn has a number of amenities, including lake and mountain views. Everything was perfect, big kitchen with a big common area. Only four rooms with private bathrooms so it was really peaceful. We had breakfast with a really nice couple what made the stay even better.

Midhop guesthouse is located in Þingeyrar and offers barbecue facilities. This guest house features a garden and free private parking. The owner of house was very friendly and would definitely recommend this place! Have everything that you need in the guesthouse.
