I arrived very early in the morning. The owner let me check in and rest earlier. Also when I left the next day, I needed to wait for the evening train. The owner kindly let me shower and stay there comfortably.

The couple who run this guesthouse and are friendly and very helpful, while respecting your privacy. The location is quiet and picturesque - very close to Amer Fort. Affordable rickshaw rides to the city centre are easily arranged. A kitchen is available for use, and a supermarket and various eateries are nearby. Highly recommended.

Marigold Homestay biedt uitzicht op de stad en een terras. De accommodatie is goed gelegen in Jaisalmer, op korte afstand van Fort Jaisalmer, Salim Singh Ki Haveli en Patwon Ki Haveli. I ran away from an uncomfortable hostel situation, and Marigold was my safe haven. It's so cheap for such spacious and luxurious rooms. The cafe is great and Asish is probably the best and most helpful person you will ever meet.

It's in a quite place so you can really rest after a long day full of experiences. Udai is an amazing host, he takes care of his guests very much. He is always reachable by whatsapp in case you need something. He has good suggestions and he can recommend you an excellent car driver for daily tours. We are very happy that we chose this accommodation!

Aura B&B - The Haveli Homestay is gelegen in Jodhpur, op 1,7 km van Fort Mehrangarh en 13 minuten lopen van Jaswant Thada. Quiet location in the old part of the city. Very friendly family with delicious home cooked food. 10 minute walk from the fort. We would stay again.

The Prince Haveli ligt in Bikaner, op 1,9 km van treinstation Bikaner, en biedt accommodatie met een terras, gratis privéparkeren, een restaurant en een bar. prince haveli is een heel charmant guesthouse waar je echt als gast behandeld wordt. Ik heb er van allerlei soorten reizigers ontmoet. voor fijn gezelschap, maar er is ook privacy te vinden. Als solo reizende vrouw voelde ik me hier heel prettig. Als ik vragen had over plekken die ik wilde bezichtigen werden mij alle reis opties verteld en werd ik vrij gelaten in mijn keus, heel fijn! Ik heb ook genoten van meerdere gezamenlijke wandelingen door de stad en speciale dank naar Bilal die zelfs nog beschikbaar was voor tips in Jaipur en voor mij bemiddeld heeft voor een sierraad dat ik graag wilde laten maken.

THE CASTLE VIEW HOME STAY ligt op 1,2 km van de Chaurasi Khambon ki Chhatri en biedt een terras en gratis WiFi, allemaal in de oude binnenstad van Būndi. This was the best guesthouse experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived it was fantastic and we felt so at-home. The location is unbeatable, right at the base of the castle and fort. The host Nanu is exactly what you want in a host - he was welcoming, knowledgeable about the area and always up for a chat, while still letting you enjoy the views yourselves if you prefer. The rooftop terrace is the highlight of this property, and where we spent most of our time. Each night we spent hours up there taking in views of the castle, the fort, the nearby temple and watching the monkeys, cows, dogs and children all playing in the streets below. Nanu creates a great atmosphere on the rooftop terrace, with chill music, nice ambient lighting and incense. We had some great chats with Nanu about life in Bundi and the world in general, as well as some Hindi lessons. His mum does all the cooking and we honestly had some of the best curries in India on the rooftop here, made fresh by Nanu's mum. The rooms and bathrooms, while nothing overly fancy, are very clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated and spacious. I felt completely at peace at Nanu's guesthouse and I can't recommend staying here enough. I'll be back as soon as I can. It's worth noting that you would need to be able to move up and down stairs freely here to be able to access the incredible rooftop terrace.
