The room and bed were comfortable and the bedding, shower, sink, and room, were spotless. I had a room on the top floor and it was very spacious and quiet. The temperature of the room was just fine. The breakfast every morning was delicious. I had the Irish breakfast both mornings and both were excellent. The rooms are moderately priced and they are a very good value. The location is a 15- minute walk to the bus and right in the center of Monaghan. There are many restaurants and shops in the immediate area. I would book there again and highly recommend staying there.

I had dinner at the pub and the staff arranged for my taxi the following morning. The food at the bar is also very good. I very much enjoyed my stay here, would definitely visit again for longer.
