Beautiful property with upscale furnishing. Hosts were great and personable. Bedroom was huge. Wife liked the fact that a blowdryer was provided. Breakfast was a perfect Full Irish Breakfast. Bathroom was huge as well and nicely furnished. Shower was probably 3 ft by 4 ft (very big). In the country and plenty of parking.

Mary was very accommodating to us arriving after dinner. The large room is on the first floor and contains tea/coffee facilities, a TV and a glass-door partition containing the shower, a sink and the toilet. There is also a small open wardrobe space. Mary was very nice to talk to.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Butterhouse is a recently renovated guest house situated in Trim, 5.2 km from Trim Castle. Pam was a sweetheart, and even though I had a late check in, they were nothing but receptive and kind upon my arrival! Didn’t hurt that there was breakfast, too!

Very friendly staff and helpful. Simple room but very lovely. New bathroom including bath tub and bed comfortable. Enjoyed my stay
