I travel a lot and it doesn't happen often to say that I found a gem but this flat was a GEM! The owner needs to make proper photos because it looks beter than at them. We arrived around 1:30 in the night and my first impression was that I was going to sleep in the basement but when we entered in it, it was WOW! Cool, cleen, comfortable and it even had a nice balcony with a table and 2 chair. The temperatures were very high but the flat was nice and cool. The bus and the tram stop are right infront of the building and there is a Lidl supermarket literaly on 300 meters. Good wi-fi and proper kitchen corner with everything you need.

Nosaltres vam arribar tard al vespre i no hi va haver cap problema per fer el check-in; Viktor, l'amfitrió, ens va donar totes les instruccions necessàries per entrar i tot va anar genial! A més, a l'apartament ens hi va deixar una guia de 3 dies per visitar la ciutat que ens va anar molt bé per planificar la ruta. Un 10, repetirem segur! :)

Rotter Lajos Turistaház is situated in the 02. Rózsadomb district of Budapest, 9 km from Chain Bridge, 9.1 km from Hungarian Parliament Building and 9.1 km from Margaret Island Japanese Garden. An amazing place right at the top of the hill with amazing views. However, this does come with a tradeoff, as getting there without a car is a little challenging, but that was certainly worth the tradeoff. The rooms are clean and tidy and a fully equipped kitchen and lounge is available for use. Would certainly recommend it.

We had two rooms rented. They were very clean and had everything we needed. The host is very nice, turned the heat up for us and also provided coffee. Parking right in the front, host speaks English and was very responsive. We stay here almost every time we pass through Budapest.
