A beautiful, comfortable house on the top of the mountain north from the city, from the terrace You can see the whole city, cathedral, mosque, TV tower. The hosts are extremely kind, they are living in the same house without disturbing each others. We could use the sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The standard room is small, only fit for sleeping.

Zoltan is super-extra welcoming, nice and kind host and person, he proposed to pick us up from the train station and bring to the place, more over we couldn’t catch a taxi from Sauska (mind as it’s quite a problem in Villany as there is only 1 taxi guy who is quite difficult to catch) and Zoltan was so nice to come and pick us up from there and take back to the train station the next day. The room was very nice and clean, breakfast was amazing, place is 10 minutes walk from the Villany pincesor. Highly recommended place!

Featuring free WiFi and a barbecue, Ciszterci Szállás Pécs offers accommodation in Pécs. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms come with a private bathroom. This was my second stay at this location. The staf is very friendly and helpfull, and we had a wonderful stay. The location is very close to the city center, but being a pelgrim house, still offers enough tranquility. Also close to the cathedral, parks, museums & old town. Everything you need within walking distance, and Pecs is a great base for daytrips. Pecs also has a lot to offer to those who love Art Deco and (Zolnay) ceramics. Rooms are bit basic but very clean, very comfortable beds and bathroom. Being able to use the fully equiped kitchen and dining area, and parking on premises are a nice bonus, as was the fast wifi. The house even offers an interesting exhibition about its history. We felt right at home here :-)
