Surrounded by nature and offering an on-site restaurant and bar, Hotel Casa Perico is located in Amatillo. Free WiFi access is available. I loved my stay in Casa Perico! Its super calm and quiet. My room was beautiful and bright and the bed super comfi with a good mosquitonet. You can take the kayak or kanus to explore the river and there is a private swimming platform. The food is good and the prices are fine. The stuff is friendly and helpful.

Hostal Blood Moon is situated in Rio Dulce and has a plunge pool and pool views. This guest house features free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Beautiful space, I could have easily spent a longer time. The kitchen area is spacious and overall everything feels nice and airy. Flor, the host, is very kind. She was awake to let me in when I arrived past midnight, made us all pancakes and coffee in the morning, and let me keep my stuff for a few hours after check out.

Casa Manatí features accommodation in Lívingston. The property has river and inner courtyard views, and is a few steps from Ribera Rio Dulce Beach. Julio’s cabana was newly built and very spacious. He just finished the new porch overhang the day before my arrival! I really liked the rustic feel of the home, and how private it was. I was the only one on the property during my stay. I stayed in the private room, but took a look upstairs at the loft. There are multiple beds in an open floor layout, with mosquito netting to ensure a comfortable sleep. There are kayaks available for a small extra fee, making getting around on the river very easy - especially if you have friends nearby, would like to visit the thermal waters, or grab dinner at Restaurante Viajero. Julio also has a well stocked kitchen if you will be doing your own cooking, as well as an EcoFilter water purifier. Loved my stay! Thank you Julio and your family for making me feel welcome.
