The breakfast was great and the common area is nicely decorated with useful things like a big map of Guatemala, games , etc. the staff is very friendly and accommodating . The location is perfect and very close to the airport and with security too. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back and recommend.

This hostel is owned and run by a young family. The hostel is named after their son Lucca (I guess - or it is a big coincidence 😉). I arrived late and had to leave 4am the next day catch a shuttle to Copan. Normally there are Ubers to bring you from the hostel to the shuttle pick up, but no Uber wanted the trip, so in the end Marko, the owner, drove me. At 4am!!! and he was even chatty and smiling. Top guy and top service.

Affordable and clean. Easy to check in. Host was very kind and helpful. It is a very small room and very close to the airport and nightlife so a bit loud but I had earplugs so it didn’t bother me. Clean drinking water was provided and the shower was hot.

Beds were comfortable, good shower, and our room had a nice little balcony to the backyard. So it was also quiet at night. Also the little kitchenette for communal use was great. The Transmetro bus stop “Reformita”is in walking distance, which takes you directly into the historic city center (Zona 1). Ticabus station (for long distance buses) is also in walking distance. An the airport is also not far and by taxi it takes between 10 minutes and half an hour depending on the traffic.

Great, comfortable place! When booking I didnt quite realize it's a private apartment, but the owner was super kind and very communicative. He was't there the day i visited, but still helped me a lot via msgs and was flexible on payment method when i ran out of cash.
