It is a very small room and very close to the airport and nightlife so a bit loud but I had earplugs so it didn’t bother me. Clean drinking water was provided and the shower was hot.

The Transmetro bus stop “Reformita”is in walking distance, which takes you directly into the historic city center (Zona 1). Ticabus station (for long distance buses) is also in walking distance. An the airport is also not far and by taxi it takes between 10 minutes and half an hour depending on the traffic.

The breakfast is basic but pretty good, and they also sell lunches for only 30 quetzals. Towels, additional blankets, and locks for the lockers can be requested at no cost. Laundry service (additional cost) has very fast turnaround times, usually less than 4 hours. The little front yard area is beautiful and nice to hang around in. The neighborhood is safe and you can find basically anything you need within walking distance. And again, staff was very nice and helpful; I stayed there for over two weeks and saw them patiently explaining how to get places or just giving travelers suggestions.
