There is a bus station nearby so location-wise, it is convenient for me. I need to highlight that the cat and dog in the house are the cutest ones ever. They have super friendly manners and make me feel at home very much.

We were in town for a concert May 2023, and staying at South Shore Guest House was like visiting godparents on a school holiday - warm, welcoming, cozy, and caring. The best part was our hostess Lorraine’s charming stories over the hearty homemade breakfasts that she and her husband prepared for all the guests each morning. The town of South Shields is a dreamy, friendly community by the sea, and this B&B is in the perfect spot for strolling to and fro from the diverse restaurants & stores to the excellent dog watching at the pier. Also, super convenient to find from the train station. I can’t recommend a stay there enough; 10/10.

Very secure with coded entrance and key safe box. Spacious room, clean and comfy with towels and linen provided. Good sized en suite shower room. Great to have the option of a shared lounge/kitchen area as well. Plenty of places to eat/drink right on the doorstep.

This Gold Award winning family-run guest house offers bed and breakfast accommodation overlooking Whitley Bay Park and 400 metres from the sandy beach. Really enjoyed our stay, really lovely hotel, very comfortable and extremely clean, very welcoming and friendly staff, great location, breakfast was excellent....if we are ever in the area again I won't be looking for anywhere else to stay.

West Beck House - Newcastle 2 er et nyrenoveret pensionat med have i Newcastle upon Tyne. Overnatningsstedet har fælles køkken, privat ind- og udtjekning samt gratis wi-fi overalt. So in love with this room! It’s so big, and everything in the house including the room was very clean and hygienic and it means a lot especially with a person who gets allergies from noncleanliness. The room has cool led lights and helps you sleep easily. The corridors also has led lights especially at night time to prevent any falls which is super helpful. The owner was very responsive, respectful and kind and I look forward to rebooking this room in the future. Thank you truly for your stay!

Room 03 - Sandhaven Rooms Double is set in South Shields, 11 km from Stadium of Light, 16 km from Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art, and 16 km from Sage Gateshead. It was so clean, the facilities were great (could have done with a couple of biscuits) lol and all round it was so nice.
