The rooms were shining clean and had all required amenities. Breakfast was very extensive.

We spent 2 nights and had a lovely time. Rooms are very cosy and Lee and Melanie gave us a very warm welcome. Just a short walk down the street and around the corner there's a deli where you can have a very good breakfast. We"d love to stay again next time we"re around.

Featuring a garden, Ashbys Accommodation & Spa hire is set in Portsmouth in the Hampshire region, 2.4 km from Mary Rose Museum and 7 km from Port Solent. Ashbys is by far the best place to stay in the portsmouth area, not only are Steve & Mubi the nicest most accommodating couple you could come across, making visits to Southsea a pleasure, the location of Ashbys for food/Bars and the beach is perfect we have stayed here numerous times now, and will continue to for the foreseeable future I look forward to bringing my friends to experience a long weekend this summer Tom 😃
