Would happily stay here again - recommended.

Spotlessly clean, and full of delightful surprises. The breakfast is ready in the kitchen, which was a wonderful solution, when had to leave at early hours to catch plane. 20 minutes from Stansted airport, it was a very convenient location.

Neil and Teresa are great hosts, very welcoming and friendly. Excellent breakfast menu. Room was nice and clean, very comfortable bed. Thanks a lot for a great stay!

Just a minute's walk to West Cliff Beach, Clacton-On-Sea town centre and Clacton-On-Sea pier, The Sandrock has free WiFi. A full English breakfast is freshly cooked and served every morning. Christine and Roberto were perfect hosts. Nothing at all was too much trouble. Will definitely return *****
