The room was huge with a nice view and had everything needed for the stay (coffee maker, fridge filled with milk and water, etc.). The host was very nice and helpful. The location was an excellent starting point for hiking.

Room was lovely and clean, facilities were spot on, bed was extremely comfy, and the parking was safe and secure. We were coming and going at all manner of hours, yet the property was always quiet and peaceful.

Very centrally located on the Broad Walk, overlooking the park and lake and just minutes walk from the Opera House, Pump Room, Crescent etc. Plenty free parking. Magnificent breakfast!
