Located 2 km from Ayr Racecourse and 4 km from Robert Burns Birthplace Museum, Barns Serviced Accommodation features free Wifi and all guests have access to a shared kitchen and patio. I loved everything about this property. It was spotlessly clean with beautifully kept gardens walking distance from the beach and shops with very gracious hosts. I would highly recommend it to anyone as we found it perfect.

Fantastic cafe right across the road called puffers always worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. Beach is a short walk along the stunning harbour and really close by to the shopping centre, railway station and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from.

In the heart of Irvine, Braidmead House is just 2 miles from the sandy beaches of the Firth of Clyde. With free parking and free WiFi, the guest house also offers fine Scottish breakfasts. Great breakfast, plenty of parking. Awesome hosts.

Beechwood En-suite Rooms is ideally located between both the towns of Ayr and Prestwick, and is just an 8 minutes’ drive from Prestwick Airport. We booked for five and were given two rooms on the top floor with a private bathroom. This worked really well. Our hosts helped us with medication that we needed to keep safe and cold. They also ensured that our daughter had gluten free breakfast items. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A 10-minute walk from Ayr Train Station, this guest house has bedrooms with free Wi-Fi and is well located for the town centre, beach and golf courses. We were greeted with a handwritten welcome note in our room (plus cookies and chocolates!) from Liz, the owner of the inn. The inn and rooms are stately, warm and comfortable. It's 130 year old family home that has been upgraded with all the modern conveniences. The Scottish breakfast was excellent. Liz recommended the restaurant next door, which was terrific and very convenient. There was easy and safe parking on the street.. We recommend it and would definitely stay again, as it provides a great experience of a small Scottish inn.
