Offering a garden and garden view, Dawn Break Guest House is situated in Largs, less than 1 km from Castle Bay Beach and a 11-minute walk from Largs Bay Beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable,we had two very comfortable nights sleep.The knowledge of local was superb as well as other times of year and events.

Such a beautiful place to arrive to - gorgeous house set in a stunning crescent of other beautiful houses which is close to the town centre. The house is very close to town and the beach and we parked out front and walked everywhere. The rooms are well appointed, very comfy and super quiet. The little touches are everything - nice wee tea tray with some Scottish treats and lamps with USB ports. The shared area is just beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is equipped and we found the wee.patio a nice place for a cuppa. The message you receive before arrival makes self.check in very easy and they also provide a parking permit - thankfully as one is needed for the whole crescent. We also found the location very easy for getting to Dunure, Burns Museum, and, Culzean. A really wonderful three night stay - thank you!

Fantastic cafe right across the road called puffers always worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. Beach is a short walk along the stunning harbour and really close by to the shopping centre, railway station and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from.

Il Beaches è una piccola struttura a conduzione familiare dotata di un ampio giardino privato con accesso recintato alla spiaggia sabbiosa di Ayr. Every room was different and extremely clean, and anytime I thought I needed something it was right at hand. All the restaurants were nearby to walk to. The nearby park for kids was perfect. The cheerful owner had a fluffy companion that we got to cuddle. This home would be a great place to stay for several days.

We were greeted with a handwritten welcome note in our room (plus cookies and chocolates!) from Liz, the owner of the inn. The inn and rooms are stately, warm and comfortable. It's 130 year old family home that has been upgraded with all the modern conveniences. The Scottish breakfast was excellent. Liz recommended the restaurant next door, which was terrific and very convenient. There was easy and safe parking on the street.. We recommend it and would definitely stay again, as it provides a great experience of a small Scottish inn.
